Olivier Grégoire honed his talents at the excellent La Salicorne restaurant in La Hulpe, as well as in three leading Brussels restaurants: Trente Rue de la Paille, La Villa d'Este and La Maison du Bœuf. In 2004, he took over the acclaimed Genval.Les.Bains restaurant before bringing his experience and love of food to B'Comme in 2018.

A purist, he uses his hard-earned knowledge and experience at this modern and welcoming brasserie to create dishes based on fresh ingredients and exceptional cookery.
